Q: How do Video Interviews work?

A: As the person in charge of interviewing, you set 3 questions to be answered by your candidates. Once this is complete, you need to send an interview invitation to the candidate who only requires access to a webcam to record answers.

After the answers have been recorded, the interview is sent to the employer’s Dashboard (and registered email) ready to be reviewed by the hiring team.
